Use

T his extra wide vegetable peeler is optimized for special kitchen work thanks to its dimensions and sharp blade and is particularly suitable for peeling large vegetables with hard shells: the wide blade allows you to peel bulky and thick-skinned varieties such as pumpkin (e.G. Hokkaido or butternut), kohlrabi, turnips or watermelons much faster and more safely than with a normal, narrow peeler. The peeler is also perfect as a manual cabbage slicer. You can use it to cut wonderfully fine strips of white or red cabbage for homemade coleslaw or wok dishes.
